At Featherdown Fine Linens, we strive to provide you with the most current information possible. However, sometimes our website may contain incomplete or outdated data. We reserve the right to update product information and correct errors at any time. If necessary, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error.
Communication

New products or promotions may prompt us to communicate with you by e-mail. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive our newsletter, by contacting info@featherdownfinelinens.com and requesting to be removed from our mailing list. Under no circumstances will Featherdown Fine Linens sell or share any customer's personal information to third parties, please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
Returns


Featherdown Fine Linens wants you to be happy with your purchases. For this reason we offer a swatch service; which gives you the opportunity to see the fabrics in your home, match colours, and feel the fabrics prior to making your purchase. If however, a product does not meet your expectations please call us within 14 days of purchase. Leave a message at 416-922-3379, fax us at 416-703-9676 or email us at info@featherdownfinelinens.com so that we may issue you a return authorization number.

We will happily exchange for a different size and/ or pattern, or issue a refund within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods, as long as they are returned neatly in or with all original packaging and have not been used or laundered (see Perfect Resalable Condition). After 14 days, a credit note will be issued if product is in Perfect Resalable Condition. Prior to issuing a credit note or refund, all returns are subject to inspection, in accordance with our guidelines for Perfect Resalable Condition.

1. Perfect Resalable Condition:
  • The merchandise has never been removed from its original packaging, and is still factory folded (including insert and washing instructions).
  • Packaging is clean and free from any creases or tears.
  • For hygienic purposes, the merchandise must not have been laundered, or used in any way.

2. For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on duvets, pillows, and featherbeds.

3. No returns accepted on custom orders or fabric (cut yardage) purchases.

4. No returns accepted on any promo item with a discount of 40% or more.

Please ship your return prepaid with Canada Post. Postage and handling charges are not refundable unless your purchase arrived damaged. A sales receipt must accompany all returns.
